About Me

Hi! I'm Lydia, or "Lit" as my PaPa used to call me. My Meemaw taught me how to crochet when I was just a wee thing; in more recent years I have taught myself how to knit using $1 needles and free YouTube videos, dabbled in pattern writing and testing for other designers, and have learned a ton about dyeing my own yarn.

In some of the rougher parts of my life, I've always turned to fiber arts to soothe my soul and calm my thoughts. It's my goal to create, and to help YOU (yes, YOU!) create beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces. I choose to focus on sustainability: all of my yarn is organic and hand dyed to order with readily available natural materials, all of my "ready to ship" items are made with yarn that has either been donated to me or thrifted, and every commission is made specific to your requests (read: I don't buy a bunch of materials just to have it laying around waiting for a home. We'll discuss fiber preference, your perfect style and fit, etc. Everything is ordered specifically for the piece it's intended for, nothing more.)
